Robot-2 is also expected to cash in on the huge fan base of both superstars from North India and South India.Reports also say that the producers had also approached Aamir Khan for the role but nothing materialised at the end.
According to , earlier the makers were also in talks with Arnold Schwarzenegger, and tried to rope him as the villain but the talks failed because there was extensive paperwork involved in getting the ex-Governor of California to come and work in India
